Recent Op Ed: Killing Industry Partnership workforce training would be bad for Pa.

"....To compete globally, Pennsylvania needs nothing short of a transformation. Innovative Industry Partnership workforce training was helping lead the transformation, but now appears destined to be zeroed-out.

Killing innovation is the race to the bottom. Killing industry partnership workforce training is the race to the bottom. We need strategies designed to position Pennsylvania to race to the top."
