While many members and organizations are familiar with PathWays PA's Self-Sufficiency Standard, this new report combines the Standard with demographic data for a first-in-the-nation look at self-sufficiency. Overlooked and Undercounted contains information on how much families need to earn to be self-sufficient in every county in the state, and also shows how many families live above and below that standard.
